Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products (game tokens), all purchases made through Find My Numbers are generally final and non-refundable. Once tokens are added to your account, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except as outlined in this policy or as required by applicable law.

2. Exceptions - When Refunds Are Available

We may provide refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:

2.1 Technical Issues

• You were charged but tokens were not delivered to your account
• You were charged multiple times for the same purchase
• A technical error resulted in incorrect token amount

2.2 Unauthorized Purchases

• Purchases made without your authorization (e.g., by a child or unauthorized user)
• Fraudulent transactions on your account

2.3 Service Unavailability

• The Game becomes permanently unavailable within 48 hours of purchase
• Major features advertised are not available and cannot be provided

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund under exceptional circumstances:

2. Provide your transaction ID and order details
3. Describe the issue in detail
4. Attach relevant screenshots or evidence if applicable

We will review your request within 5 business days and respond via email.

4. Platform-Specific Refund Policies

4.1 Google Play Store (Android)

Purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google's refund policy. You may request a refund directly from Google within 48 hours of purchase. Visit Google Play Order History to submit a refund request.

4.2 Apple App Store (iOS/macOS)

Purchases made through Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. Apple typically responds within 48 hours.

4.3 Web Platform (Paddle)

Purchases made through our web platform are processed by Paddle. Refund requests should be sent to support@findmynumbers.com with your order details. We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.

5. What Happens After a Refund

If your refund is approved:

• The refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method
• Processing time: 5-10 business days (may vary by bank/payment method)
• The purchased tokens will be deducted from your account
• If tokens have been spent, they may be deducted from future purchases or your account may be temporarily restricted

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

• You changed your mind after purchase
• You purchased the wrong token pack
• You lost games and spent your tokens
• Your account was suspended or banned due to Terms of Service violations
• More than 48 hours have passed since purchase (except for technical issues)
• Tokens have been fully or partially used

7. Chargebacks

Warning: Initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension. Chargebacks are considered a serious breach of our Terms of Service. Please contact support@findmynumbers.com before filing a chargeback.

8. Consumer Rights

This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If you are located in the European Union, you may have additional rights under EU consumer protection regulations.
